Adidas驗(yàn)廠,即社會(huì)責(zé)任驗(yàn)廠,對(duì)工時(shí)工資、工作環(huán)境、健康安全、環(huán)保、員工福利等方面要求非常嚴(yán)格,可以根據(jù)第三方傳過來的文件清單來做準(zhǔn)備工作。

勞工部分 (Labor)
1)工廠營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照及稅務(wù)登記, Business license and Tax registration certificate
2)工廠竣工驗(yàn)收和消防驗(yàn)收資料,環(huán)境三同時(shí)驗(yàn)收Fire safety inspection certificate and Building construction inspection certificate, Environmental inspection certificate
3)工廠的組織機(jī)構(gòu)圖及平面圖 Organization chart and Floor plan
4)政府最新文件. 如:最低工資,社會(huì)保險(xiǎn)的規(guī)定,綜合計(jì)時(shí)申批記錄等 Relevant law documents (Local minimum wage standard, Social insurance regulation, Comprehensive Working Hours System, etc.)
5)員工手冊(cè) (包括廠規(guī),廠紀(jì)如: 對(duì)員工表現(xiàn)的評(píng)估系統(tǒng),工廠的獎(jiǎng)懲制度,工資制度等; 員工福利,解除合同的程序等) Employee manual (Factory rule, Employee assessment system, Punishment and reward policy, Wage calculation policy, Employee benefits policy, Resign procedure, etc.)

*所有可追溯性資料必須提供至少3個(gè)月,如果有需要,審核員也可以挑選之前任意月的相關(guān)資料(p.s. some relevant documents should be available at least for 3 months, e.g. payroll and attendance records. Auditor can select any previous documents depend on actual situation.)
